Job Description
The role of Assistant Manager will be very diverse and will include among other administrative tasks a high level of customer service and support while consistently producing an excellent work product.
Responsibilities
- General administrative support of the team
- Coordination of the day-to-day due diligence process
- Ensuring and monitoring the update of KYC data
- Processing clients’ e-mail requests and correspondence such as letters, quotations and proposals
- Answering and handling telephone calls
- Drafting various legal documents
- Translation of internal documents
- Liaising with suppliers of promotional corporate office items
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Updating social networks of the company
Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Dutch languages
- Flexible
- Accurate
- Used to work under pressure
- Eager to learn and share knowledge
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
